In my quest to fine tune my cyclocross/gravel bike I've been making some tweaks and upgrades this year. The latest obsession has been my quest to find the perfect pedals. There are only three places where I make contact with my bike; the bars, the saddle, and the pedals, so each of these need to be perfectly tuned. Monday, July 31, 2017
Quest For The Perfect Pedals | Product Review - Look S-Track Race Pedals
In my quest to fine tune my cyclocross/gravel bike I've been making some tweaks and upgrades this year. The latest obsession has been my quest to find the perfect pedals. There are only three places where I make contact with my bike; the bars, the saddle, and the pedals, so each of these need to be perfectly tuned.

Dirty Dreams of Gravel and Pain | Dirty Kanza 200 Prep - 2017
![]() |
I've had this experience many times since January 14, the morning I registered for the Dirty Kanza 200, by all accounts one of the most epic gravel cycling races in the world. I'd be lying if said I hadn't questioned my own sanity a time or two. But now with two days to go, sane or not, Kansas, here I come.

Cycology's One Tribe Cycling Kit | Product Review
I'm picky when it comes to cycling equipment. I don't have to have the most expensive equipment but it must work well, last long, and most importantly, look good. When it comes to my cycling kits I usually keep things clean cut, with minimal patterns, and a touch of color. But recently I encountered a brand that challenged me to up my cycling fashion game by adding some edge. That was when Cycology came into my life.

3 Reasons To Invest In Cycling Rollers | Product Review
Indoor cycling training must be one of the most boring and mentally painful experiences ever invented, but it is a necessary evil when your goals won't wait for better weather or daylight. Sometimes the key to making indoor training work is simply having the right gear.Staying focused on a trainer can be challenging if you aren't super motivated to follow a strict training program. I use indoor training primarily to increase the amount of time spent on a bike each week, and to focus on key objectives (interval training, increased leg speed, improved riding form, etc.).

Securing Your Fitness Resolution
With the New Year fast approaching many will soon be focusing on reclaiming the fitness of their youth with a
New Year's Resolution. One of the most popular ways to make this happen
is with the assistance of social fitness apps that track and share your
progress. Connecting your workout to the web is a great way to find
motivation and inspiration for what would often be a solo activity. But
could posting your fitness activity publicly put your safety at risks?Tuesday, November 15, 2016
Off-Road Cycling On Florida's NE Coast
It's no secret I love cycling. I'll take it in any form I can get really. The speed, the risk, and the scenery get the adrenaline pumping. And that's convenient because adrenaline is my drug of choice. "Hi, My name is David and I'm an adrenaline junkie."Though I've dabbled in many different forms of cycling, road cycling has been the go-to for most of my life, until recently. After years of hammering pavement I needed an escape from the smog and near death experiences caused by riding with angry drivers so I've begun seeking out roads less traveled.
